Service Description

Blue River Laundry provides commercial linen rental, industrial laundering, and related textile services to healthcare facilities, hospitality businesses, and other commercial clients in Central New York and Northeast Pennsylvania. Services include scheduled pickup and delivery of soiled and clean linens, professional laundering and finishing, and linen replacement.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Quotes are not binding. Final pricing is determined by a service agreement executed between Blue River Laundry and the client. Pricing is subject to change based on linen type, volume, delivery frequency, and other factors.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to account for changes in material costs, labor, fuel, or other operational expenses.

Service Agreements

All commercial laundry services are governed by a separate written service agreement between Blue River Laundry and the client. These Terms do not replace or supersede any provisions in a signed service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Delivery Terms

We make every effort to deliver clean linens and pick up soiled linens on the agreed-upon schedule. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by weather, road conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify clients of any significant delays as promptly as possible.

Clients are responsible for making soiled linens available for pickup in the designated location and in the manner specified in their service agreement.

Linen Care & Liability

Linens provided by Blue River Laundry remain our property unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Clients are responsible for the reasonable care of linens while in their possession. We reserve the right to charge for linens that are lost, stolen, damaged through misuse, or contaminated with substances that prevent safe laundering.

While we strive to deliver linens free of defects, our liability for any individual item is limited to the replacement cost of that item. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Blue River Laundry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
